By There are many things I love about my job. I like the way the customers tell me what they want as I’m working in the shop, and the way the other employees treat me. This is why I love it. I get to go to customers’ homes and help them make decisions about what they want to decorate for the holidays. This is what makes the upholstery shop what I love.
The upholstery shop is awesome because the customers know what they want and want it. I love the way it makes me feel at home. When I get home I am always on the phone with them, and I am always glad or scared to talk to them about things that I don’t understand.
When I first came to work here, I was never so happy that I could get anyone to call me, talk to me, or see me. It was all about the customers. They were the ones taking care of me, so I wanted to treat them like they were important. Now that I’ve been here for a while, I can’t think of anyone who would say anything to me about what they want to decorate for the holidays. It’s the same thing with my friends.
And I think its a good thing that the upholstery shop doesn’t know how to use a hammer to take apart a chair.
I’m sure people say things like, “This place is a great spot for a few drinks and a great place to have a long conversation with someone about your day.” But really, I think what they mean is, “Its the place I went to for a long time, and I used to hang out here all the time, and now Im not there anymore.
The place that you see is the past. The actual history of the place is still a part of it. Its the part that has been preserved in photos, and its the part that I am personally interested in. As a business owner, I want to retain my personal history so that I can tell myself that my past is still intact. If I have to give up my past, that means that a lot of people will be left out.
The main thing we do here is to keep it as a place where we can talk to each other, because it’s not something that we have to do, but we do it.
Most of our past is stored in our minds, and that’s something we can keep in our heads. The problem is that we can forget about it, or that we can lose it. The problem is that we often fail to do anything about it, or even know what its about. A place like this keeps a lot of our past alive. We get to feel comfortable, and feel like we can talk about things that happened in our past.
If we get too comfortable, we can get stuck there. I say, just keep it as a place to talk about your past. It’s not something that you have to do. And if you do, don’t tell anyone. It’s not something that you have to go through.
That’s a really good way to look at it. Its a way to start getting past the awkwardness of sharing our past, and to see how much of our history we have.
