A while back I mentioned that I was working on my own cooking blog, but I didn’t get too far into the story, since writing a book was more important at the time. So I decided to put it online here. I hope that it will be a great resource for other food bloggers.

The chef is trained to make the best Vietnamese food in the world and then he turns his back on that mission and uses his food to make money. The whole process is not unlike the way that real-life entrepreneur Mike Rowe has done it.
